Terms & Conditions

1. I am allowed to reject a commission.2. If down payment not paid after 2 days of confirmation, the commission will be canceled.3. Final preview will have watermark. To receive the final file in high quality and no watermark, please finish the payment. The latest is 5 days after confirming the final preview. Late payment will result listing you to red list. The next time you make commission, it has to be full payment upfront.4. Revision only on sketch phase. Please give feedback and notes, mention all details that need to be remembered during sketch phase.5. If you ask for major revision during final preview, I will charge it as a new commission. Which means you will have to pay double.6. If later you want to use commission work as promoting or profit purpose, please contact me for further discussion. If you use it for promoting or profit purpose without permission; (1) black listed, I will reject your commission form. (2) The object that used for promote or profit will be reported, so it will be taken down.7. NFT is considered as commercial use.8. I don't allow my works for feeding AI training.9. All copyright of works that made through this direct commission is owned by me. For comic works, I only own the copyright of 'comic form' of the story. The copyright of characters and story are not owned by me.10. For 'works made for hire' please don't fill through this direct commission. Please contact me directly to email11. Frequently asked question

1. Payment after sketch, so the sketch is free?
Not exactly. Sketch rate is included with the rate. But during the sketch phase, you can decide to continue or not. Maybe after discussions you think I can not make the thing you want and decide to cancel. It's okay. I won't charge the sketch, and the sketch is not yours either. Please don't use the sketch to other artist to finish.2. Why there is different rate between digital and conventional comic?
Digital comic is not bound by paper size. You can adjust the canvas size however you want. Screen size is your view finder. While conventional comic will stick to paper size and ratio. And when composing conventional comic page, I see the whole page as the whole picture, not by panel bits. The pace and page turning will affect the storyboard making.3. How much is commercial rate?
For digital publish only (thumbnail, poster, ads on digital, etc) 2.5x from base price. For printed purpose, please discuss with me first. For digital + printed use, base rate 2.5x + discussed rate for printed use.4. What is considered as NSFW?Nudity, sexual activity, exposing genitals, penetration with or into genitals, poses that suggest sexual activity. Beside those, like wearing underwear or lingerie, without suggesting sexual activity, violence, drug, etc don't get extra charge. I don't draw gore.5. Does NSFW request have different rate?
Depending on the content and context, base price multiplied is by percentage.
25%: nudity with no sexual themes
50%: nudity with suggestive / intimate pose (no genitalia)
100%: explicit sexual contentexample: base price is 50
-if you ask for explicit content, the additional cost is 100% from the base price > total fee is 100
-if you ask for suggestive content, the additional cost is 50% from the base price > total is 75
-if you ask for nudity with no sexual context the additional cost is 25% from the base price > total is 62.56. I can order one comic panel and get more than one character illustration full body. Isn't it cheaper that way?
Yes, but the character would be less detailed compared to character illustration. Character details are usually simplified to make reading more comfortable. The question is, what is your need for the illustration?7.What is considered as hard details?
geometric and symetric pattern, non generic clothes pattern, ornamental pattern on object (such as weapon with decorative, unique buttons).

This is monochrome comic commissionBeside comic, you can use panel based comic as video storyboard or visual.
Minimum order for panel based comic is three sequential panel.extra charges that may apply:

Comic commission guidelines1. The base price is for personal use. Commercial use will be adjusted accordingly.
2. There are two type comic commission. comic page and comic panel. Please decide reading style for panel based comic (webtoon scroll / slide)
3. Character details and background difficulties may affect the price. You can request to simplify details to keep it on base price. Also, character details may not be drawn on every panel to give a better reading experience.
4. Revision only on sketch phase.
5. When you agree with the sketch, you have to proceed with down payment. If not, the commission will be canceled.
6. I accept small adjustment during final preview.
7. Working time depends on commission. I will give estimate time after final storyboard.
8. Please give a complete story, not a synopsis. It can be in narrative text, dialogue, divided based on page or panels or even meme hard reference. For those who only provide narrative, I won't make dialog for your characters. All I do is copy paste from your story.
9. Character references is a must. I don't do character design.
10. Give references of images for items, setting, or place if you have spesific setting in mind.
11. Text and sfx will be optional (default is with text but you can request without text). All text will be written in free for commercial font and SFX will be hand written.
12. The final product will be in .jpg and .pdf (for multi pages) format.
13. The final product will be send via email. If it's too big it will get uploaded to Gdrive and will be deleted within 30 days or transfer Gdrive ownership.
